THERAPEUTIC Massage

Therapeutic massage uses a variety of advanced techniques to support the body’s natural healing processes. Light to firm touch is applied to release tension, relax muscles, and improve circulation of blood and lymph, all while promoting a deep sense of calm.

This type of massage can be a supportive addition to conventional medical treatment, helping to alleviate pain and stress, aid in soft tissue healing, and revitalize the body. Regular massage also offers lasting benefits, including reduced anxiety, relief from muscle tightness, and a greater sense of balance in body, mind, and spirit.

Multiple Modalities

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

The use of slow, deliberate strokes and firm pressure to reach deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It’s especially effective for relieving chronic muscle tension, pain, and stiffness, and can help break down scar tissue. This technique is ideal for improving range of motion and addressing persistent discomfort.
TRIGGER POINT THERAPY

A targeted treatment that focuses on identifying and releasing tight, knotted areas in the muscles, known as trigger points. These spots can cause localized pain or refer discomfort to other parts of the body. By applying focused pressure to these areas, the therapy helps release muscle tension, reduce stiffness, and restore normal function.
PRENATAL MASSAGE

Prenatal massage is a specialized form of massage therapy designed to support the unique needs of pregnant individuals. Using gentle, soothing techniques, it helps relax the body, relieve muscle tension, and improve circulation. Prenatal massage can be especially effective for easing common discomforts such as lower back pain, hip tension, and leg swelling.
MYOFACIAL RELEASE

A gentle, hands-on therapy that targets the fascia — the connective tissue surrounding muscles and organs. By applying sustained pressure to areas of restriction or “trigger points,” MFR works to stretch and release the fascia, promoting greater flexibility and mobility.

Benefits of MFR include reduction in pain, improved range of motion, increased circulation, and muscle relaxation. It can be particularly helpful for conditions such as chronic pain, limited mobility, post-injury recovery, and stress-related tension.
SWEDISH MASSAGE

A relaxing form of massage therapy focused on relieving muscle tension and promoting overall relaxation. It uses a combination of techniques — including gliding, kneading, and tapping — typically performed with oil or lotion to reduce friction on the skin.

Benefits of Swedish massage include muscle relaxation, improved circulation, reduced stress and anxiety, relief from pain and tension, and improved flexibility and joint mobility.
